adorsys as an accelerator for sustainability and mobility

We were very happy when we were approached by a young start-up which wanted to develop an integrated sustainable mobility concept, benefitting cities, local councils and their citizens.

In the past, the young start-up had experience with major automotive brands in Silicon Valley and have taken on the American entrepreneurial spirit ever since.

True to the slogan “faster, higher, further”, we created together with the client a UX/UI concept within a 6-week ramp-up phase and managed a User Journey Workshop.  Here, we structured, analyzed and visualized the user journey of the various target groups, including all their intermediate steps. This made it easier for everyone to get a better overview and understanding of the logical links in between.

It also enabled us to look at all transactions, touchpoints, thoughts, feelings, possible obstacles and objectives of the application from the user’s point of view, taking it into account for the further development process.

As a result of the User Journey Map Workshop, including its user-centered methodology, we were able to formulate the USP and recognize new potentials.

Following this, the 10-person implementation team of adorsys and the start-up developed an operating Flutter prototype, based on the previously created user journey.  We also upgraded the existing web app, optimized the architecture concept for scalability and set up the initial technology platform.

After only 6 weeks, our tailor-made support facilitated the startup team to continue to develop their integrated solution, without further support, enabling cities to operate, control and analyze both private and public mobility services.

This project was an also an exciting opportunity for us to support newcomers within the start-up scene with our specialist knowledge and IT experience and to enter the world of innovative mobility concepts.
